ACTIFIL CARBON PANEL FILTERS

The ACTIFIL product is a homogenous bonded carbon biscuit, which is thermally sealed into a metal frame to prevent air bypass. Two protective scrims fitted, the primary white media acting as a pre-filter to the carbon product. By assembling multiple filters into banks, usually in ‘vee’ formation, high airflows can be accommodated. The filter can be fitted into the ACTSYS side access filter housing complete with particulate pre-filters.

Standard depths of galvanized steel frame held in stock are 22mm, 25mm, 30mm and 50mm. Alternative frame materials such as aluminum or stainless steel are available on request. The ACTFIL product can also be supplied in a card case.

The filter can be supplied fitted with face and edge gaskets to suit holding frames or units.
